Why I started Billing Fortress
I saw skilled clinicians doing everything right for patients, then watching payments stall because billing was treated like an afterthought. That gap is expensive, stressful, and avoidable.
My background is in the day-to-day reality of medical revenue: claims that need a second look, payers that drag their feet, and offices that need a partner who will own the outcome. Billing Fortress exists to give practices that partner.
